Fitbit and Digestive biscuits




I decided to start the weekend with a nice stroll.  An hour and a quarter walk managed to burn off 661 calories.








A good start to the weekend.  On returning home I had a cup of tea and a couple, (well 8), digestive biscuits.  I was a bit shocked when I saw the calories of the biscuits




The eight biscuits had exceeded the number of calories I'd burn off in the walk.  I think I'll have to cut back on the biscuits from now on!
